Mugil FM 

MUGIL FM is one of the best campus based community radio in the country. MUGIL FM aims at the women’s empowerment and community based development encompassing the rural areas of the state. 

MUGIL FM is a tape less and completely digital operating community FM radio station from the campus of Erode Sengunthar Engineering College at 90.4 FM to a range of 15 kms. MUGIL FM operates 7 days a week between 6.00AM to 8.00AM, and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with its exquisite programs it finds itself easy to bind all the community people under one roof. 

The credit to this MUGIL FM is added by the active participation of students by the guidance of efficient staff members. As a non-commercial station, MUGIL FM takes pride in being an alternative to mainstream media and offers the public a forum for expressing points of view that otherwise may not be heard. 

This FM has its full fledged focus on several programs like Debates, Speech, Thirukural all entitled with the help of just a handful of staffs but a whole lot of volunteers, various department co-coordinators of the college campus. The MUGIL FM has immense pleasure in admitting more volunteers to reach its pinnacle of success.
