<table cellspacing='0' cellpadding='0' border='0' ><tr><td style='font: inherit;'>People like us, who are contantly battling IPR regimes think that anything put by an agency on the web is an entry into public domain. And once put, it is available for comments and conclusions by those who access it. I dont see even the tiniest reason why Sajan should have taken CEMCA's permission to comment on a data which was put on the web by CEMCA. I think Cemca should put its own house in order before jumping to conclusions on other peoples intentions.

The CEMCA web administrator should have known this).</p>
