organizing an online film festival, the first DearCinema Fest 2007. <br>

Short films made on any format (including mobile phone cameras and web cams) may be submitted. <br><br>The maximum duration of an entry should be not more than 30 minutes.<br>
<br>
An eminent jury will select the films for online and offline screening.<br><br>Submission closes on June 30th, 2007.<br>
